Before diving into the design process, I explored existing agricultural management platforms to understand what works well and where there are opportunities for improvement. I focused on solutions that offer clear tools, practical usability, and reliable support for farmers and cooperatives.
After a broad analysis, I selected five key apps for deeper investigation, mixing both international and Brazilian tools: Tend, MyFarm, Aegro, SSCrop and Perfarm.
After testing the tools and exploring user feedback on app stores and websites, I identified common pain points:
